In recognition of Women’s History Month, NAEP-SC is excited to host this virtual lunch & learn panel discussion featuring women leaders in the environmental field. This panel discussion will highlight diverse career paths, professional growth, and perspectives on the evolving environmental industry.

Panelists will share insights on career development, navigating challenges and opportunities, mentorships, and what it’s like to build a career as a woman in an environmental field. The discussion will also explore optimism for the future of the profession as well as sharing advice for students and early-career professionals.

The event will include a moderated panel discussion followed by audience Q&A, with questions encouraged from students and young professionals.

Panelists include, but are not limited to,:

  • Juli Blalock – Chief, Bureau of Land and Waste Management, South Carolina Department of Environmental Services
  • Heather Robbins – President and Majority Owner, Robbins & DeWitt
  • Rachel Honderd – Senior Vice President for South Carolina, Alpha Corporation
