This panel discussion will highlight diverse career paths, professional growth, and perspectives on the evolving environmental industry.
Panelists will share insights on career development, navigating challenges and opportunities, mentorships, and what it’s like to build a career as a woman in an environmental field. The discussion will also explore optimism for the future of the profession as well as sharing advice for students and early-career professionals.
