NAEP-SC is excited to have Chris Judge, State Archaeologist from South Carolina Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology (SCIAA) as our featured speaker. Through SCIAA, he leads a team that advances archaeology statewide by advising agencies and the public on site protection and compliance, supporting law enforcement through forensic recovery, coordinating burial preservation, serving as liaison to Native American tribes, and maintaining the state’s archaeological records, including the ArchSite GIS database.
